Apex Group and Enter Global Digitization Agreement to Automate Regulatory Process Management, the low-code process management platform for regulated companies, announced a five-year agreement with Apex Group to implement a digital process management platform and systems.

The Luxembourg entity of Apex Group, European Depository Bank (EDB), will be the starting point of the digitization partnership that will allow Apex to provide services to its clients, supported by strong regulatory compliance.

By digitizing Apex’s process management systems, the new process management platform will support EDB’s custodian functions, including asset registration, ownership verification and regulatory oversight. The new platform solution will be used by EDB teams at several sites, including Ireland.

Through EDB, Apex provides independent banking, custody and custody services to institutional investors and asset managers for undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS) and alternative investment structures, covering the full spectrum of asset classes. The new agreement will be executed with the support of global consulting firm Alpha FMC to ensure swift and efficient implementation.
